Products - Prints

The prints are based on a given original illustration which was cropped for it to perfectly fit the chosen print size. In result some print sizes will have certain areas of the illustration more or less exposed. 
Prints don’t come with a frame. Must be purchased separately. Larger prints will be delivered in a safe poster tube which will protect the prints. Smaller prints will be placed in a durable envelope.
Locations may slightly vary in reality, as some illustrations are based on reference photos from earlier years, or changes were performed which goal was to improve the overall design of the project.
Please review the sizes of the poster rather than making assumptions based on the mock-ups. Prior to main illustration's size, there will be additional white background added which will minimally increase the overall size of the print which will helpful when it will come to adjusting (e.g. may be cut off) the poster to it's frame.
We are not responsible for the customs, duties, taxes that your country may charge for importing the prints.
Do not place posters in direct sunlight to avoid fading in the long term.

Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 days (after the illustrations have been printed) after receipt of payment and are shipped by the most commonly used domestic and international shipping companies with a drop-off with signature. If you prefer delivery using another method please contact us. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

The prints will be shipped in solid tubes.

Returns

All products may be returned within two weeks of purchase. The posters must be in "as new" condition. The buyer must organize and pay for the shipping, and a 10% stock reimbursement fee.
